Single-family house extension

Project details

Single-family house extension, demolition and earthworks, structural work (reinforcement, concrete, masonry, insulation and waterproofing). The project began with demolishing the existing structures at the back of the house and excavating the extension area. We then built the foundations and floor slab, and opened up the rear façade using temporary props to carry the loads. The walls were built in concrete block masonry, the reinforcement installed and the upper slab poured in reinforced concrete. Insulation and waterproofing were carried out to ensure a durable, well-protected extension.
