Apartment residence

Project details

Built on a narrow plot between two existing buildings, this residence makes the most of every available square metre. The building rises over several floors of apartments, topped by a converted attic level lit by roof windows. On the ground floor, a separate entrance and a garage complete the project. The sand-coloured rendered façade is punctuated by large anthracite windows with roller shutters and glass balustrades. Simple, contemporary architecture that blends naturally into the street.
